My goal is to find passion in my work. I feel like I work hard and have overall good results, but I lack feeling excited about my work. I'm hoping to change that very soon!
12 - Very important when invited do not invite extra guests, such as your kids that live in another state. Its incredibly rude. Especially when that guest of guest has now invited his an unmarried gay partner to stay with you.
I know somethings should just be known without being said, but apparently even the best of friends can push the very limits of hospitality.
13 - if there is a well stock bar, do not help yourself especially if you know your an alcoholic. Bring your own bottle of boose, but do not leave 5 empty bottle at the back of their bar like your host isn't going to notice.
14- do not invite yourself back, wait for an invite. Don't assume even if you thought you were a PEFECT guest that your automatically invited always.
15- make certain as long as light are turned off to keep outside doors shuts as well, bringing into the home extra outside pests are not cool.
16- do not use your host ice for freezer when packing a cooler. It isn't polite. Go to town and buy your own ice. With that being said do not remove items in refrigerator or freezer to make room for your items. This too would be a huge no no!
My career goal is to find a new job that I truly enjoy that also pays enough. I'm still trying to find a way to make money at doing what I love. Right now I'm just looking for a job and am looking into those books that are supposed to help you find your passion.
I'm really happy with my job - maybe eventually an MSW would be down the line, but overall I love my job and see myself staying here for at least 4 years.
My career goal is to earn a Medical Office Tech Certificate so I can work at a clinic, hospital or insurance company. I am striving for a full-time job with decent pay and benefits.
Is this for men only? What kind of experience do you need? Do they offer training? Please let me know how to apply Need a fresh start. Thanks again for your time
Being fired from a job does not disqualify you from receiving unemployment benefits, at least in most cases. The only reasons you would be denied benefits is if you either resigned (this would result in a delay but not a denial of benefits), or were terminated for misconduct. Misconduct as it pertains to unemployment eligibility is defined in the state statutesand may vary from state to state, but as a general rule it amounts to lying, breaking a law, violating explicit company policy, insubordination, excessive documented tardiness that you were warned about, or gross deliberate negligence. Typically anything outside those criteria will still leave you eligible to collect benefits.
Soft drinks do not uniquely cause the litany of health issues outlined here. Many risk factors contribute to obesity, diabetes, cancer, and high blood pressure, and therefore, it’s overly simplistic and misleading to suggest any one product is the culprit driving these complex conditions. Bottom line: our industry’s products have been intensively studied and deemed safe by world-renowned scientists and approved by regulatory agencies around the globe.
I would like to increase my professional knowledge and training. Whether taking a college class, a workshop offered by my employer, getting a certification and/or continuing education.
I am a mom of 4 and because of life circumstances and challenges I have now become the the sole provider for my children and my husband! I have been working part-time as a peer counselor for new mothers with their newborns and have loved that job. I recently resigned because I am going to attend college full-time in the fall so that I may learn the skills that will help me provide and receive a better salary. I have researched many careers to find the right fit with the right pay scale. I have discovered that becoming an Occupational Therapist Assistant is where my heart and head are. I have a son who needs the assistance of a occupational therapist and after watching her work with my son I knew this was the career for me. It will take 3-4 years to complete this planbut I know I can do it!
I am currently an editor for a mystery shopping company. My biggest piece of advice for new shoppers is to read the assignment sheet thoroughly for the shop you are interested in. The first thing you should do is see if you can remember the details needed to complete the new shop.
Tip: Print out a sample survey and, the next time you get back from a business that is similar to one that you can access for mystery shopping, attempt to fill it out by memory alone. Doing this will allow you to better understand what is all involved in completing that specific mystery shop-type.
Also, until you understand what all is expected from doing said shop-type, limit the number of new shops you accept. You do not want to accept multiple surveys for a shop-type you have little to no experience with, only to be surprised or frustrated when filling out the form is more difficult or time-consuming than expected.
As far as making a living out of it, Jeff in SA's statement was spot on. You need to be willing and able to act the part, which involves deception. However, the deception involved is requested and paid for by the client (the business and/or service you are evaluating). Think of it like this: You are an inconspicuous member of that business's HR team and your job is to evaluate your employees and/or services.
(Important Note: Never expect a shop's assignment instructions to stay the same as when you first read them. Instructions can and will change from time to time to better meet the client's needs.)

The guests from hell;(
No career goals currently. I'm just enjoying being a SAHM.
My career goals are changing because there's no room for growth were I'm at right now.
My career goal is to go back to work and further my education as well.
Most current telemarketers that I hear from should try going over to the Mafia. They work for robocallers fishing for credit card info.

Thank you Mark for the excellent info.
Mine is to move up to an executive office manager position

Retirement!
I want to find an interesting, challenging job that requires creativity and people skills--and that makes a positive difference in the world.
Then I plan to use that job to fund starting my own business. I am heading toward working for myself.
My career goal is to leave my current job the beginning of next year to be self employed.
My career goals now that I'm retired are to maximize my investments and economize to utilize them the most efficiently.
I would like to get a job and make a living wage. My plan is to refresh my math, computer and foreign language skills to make that happen.
