I paid for a Curves membership for one year and used it for 6 months. I would have done much better, I think, if I'd had a partner to work out with and challange me. Oh well! I don't pay for one anymore.
Sephora and Aveda give you a free full sized bath gel. You do not have to claim the bath gel on your birthday, you can go a week before or a week after. You need to be a Beauty Insider at Sephora...it is free. You need to sign up online at Aveda for email offers, etc.
We lived through a hurricane in Florida and these are some great tips. Here are a couple of other items I would add based on our experience of living in a disaster zone with no electricity for 2 weeks.
Cash is also good to have on hand. Better to keep some small bills and change because making change can be difficult for people.
If you happen live in a hot climate and have no electricity, like we did for a 2 week period, candles get very hot when there is no air conditioning. Battery operated lanterns or lights hooked to a generator are better.
Hand santizizer is a must.
Paper plates and utensils so that you aren't worried about washing dishes with no hot water and possible contaminated water.
A washing machine is also a great item to use to fill with a large amount of water.
Yes, my husband and I are both members of a local gym. I go 5-6 days a week and really get my money's worth. They have high quality yoga classes, zumba, boot camp, and boxing all included in the price of the membership. <3
In Russia people who need to stop the dry horrors the next morning take a swig of pickling brine. There's usually a jar of pickles in the fridge, take a slug of the brine and you won't feel thirsty. Believe me, it works. But my favourite is biltong (like beef jerky). It seems to soak up all the nastiness without being too heavy.
What a SAP! If you think that working with a listing agent who has a fiduciary responsibility to the seller first, and probably has a relationship with him/her is going to get you a "good" deal...you're nuts. Maybe 1 in 1,000,000 can separate the buyer and seller in the negotiation and be fair....but not likely. What about disclosures and repairs needed? Inspections and recommendations for inspections? No way can one agent representing both, do a great job for both. I would suspect buyer almost always gets the short end. I sure hope you did!
I live in Cleveland, Ohio and back up to a golf course that has closed after 100 years of being in business due to the economy. This past season we have a yard that is infiltrated with brown patch fungus (according to the nursery I took some of the grass to). We have a big yard, and the expense is killing us, and what we hire to have done, isn't working. I bought the ingredients to make this, and applied my first batch the other evening. I can see that skunks are attracted to the yard, which is probably filled with grubs, and that doesn't help either. I have an ortho dial it sprayer. It ranges from t-spoons to oz....up to 8 oz. I am not sure what setting to put it on. If you could advise that would be great. There does seem to be a little improvement!!
I love the idea on how to get less catalogs. We get so many that I know I never signed up for. It's a real nuisance. I never realized there was a site to pick and choose which catalogs I can get!
I don't have a microwave either and I don't miss it. At our local supermarket we have tons of microwave-foods that are healthy and possible tasty but they cost four to six times as much as the regular meals I cook. A microwave can be handy though, my girlfriend had a period where she would cook only once or twice a week for the rest of the week and freeze portions for every day. That's a sure way to save some bucks very fast and easily.
The Aluminum Oxides formed when boiling alcohol, can bond to both water and alcohol molecules. you will not receive a "lethal" dose unless you literally only ever drank the distilled liquid for several months straight. you will be more likely to get alsheimers, due to the aluminum being deposited in you brain, but hey if your gonna go senile you might as well do it with a drink in your hand and a smile on your face.
I dislike my job sooooo much. I choose not to use the world hate because it's such a strong word, and I will keep this some what positive. But I deal with the highest volume of the most annoying people God has put on this great green earth. I could go on and on but I made this video just so that people could get an idea of what it's truly like. Cause other wise I don't think you would believe me. Leave a comment and let me know what you think and if you job is worse than this.
Some of these suggestions make ZERO sense. How can you meditate or journal while watching television? Both activities require complete peace and quiet, so you can reflect and connect with your inner thoughts. I've tried doing them while watching television and it doesn't work. If you're doing either activity in front of your television, you're surely not paying it any attention. I also don't see how you can devote the proper attention to writing a detailed letter while actively watching television. And if you're reading a book, or making out, your eyes certainly aren't on the TV screen. Most of these things I can do while listening to my television in the background but NOT while watching it.
All of the positive comments about netspend are obviously employees or owners of netspend. Who goes around looking for negative posts about a company so you can share your positive experience and how much you love the company. Give us a break. This company is a fraud and scamming people who cannot get a real credit card. And wake up people, a card like this is not a good idea. And there is no legit credit card company who is going to hold you accountable for fraud charges or stolen credit card info. It is safe to use your real visa or mastercard on the internet, much safer than this netspend crap. If you get screwed buying something online do you really think netspend is going to protect you and get your money back??? If you think netspend is a good company and are happy to see a credit show up at your house you never asked for then you deserve to lose your shirt to this rip off service.
Wow, you must have a REALLY slack FSA company. We have a prescription from the doctor for over the counter Prilosec and the FSA company laughed in our face and wouldn't reimburse us. They told us that not only do we need a prescription, but for EVERYTHING over the counter (contact solution, contact cleaner, etc), we are required to get the doctor to fill out a "statement of medical necessity". It's a bunch of bureaucratic BS that makes me want to pull my hair out; we HAVE a prescription...the IRS states that is enough, so why are we getting such grief over it??? (See http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p969.pdf page 1, right in the middle of the page...argh!!)
I've had a gym membership of one gym or another for over 15 years and I use the hell of all of them! I also exercise outdoors as well: skiing, hiking, mountain biking. Each type of exercise has it's own reward. I could never squat, bench press or deadlift outdoors but I can never enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while in a gym.
I am about 70% done getting rid of everything I have. I will finish before the summer ends. I am making my plans to travel and have adventure no matter what and I know it is what I should do. Meet new people and places. I am 44 and I am doing it!
My microwave died about six months ago. Having a small kitchen and being sick of replacing it every decade, we just decided to see how hard our lives would be without it. Life never got hard and leftovers taste freshly cooked in the toaster oven. Because it took longer to heat up food I would spend the time cutting up more fruits and vegetables. (leftover pizza + toaster oven = AWESOME)
A friend was laid off the beginning of May 2011 from a parts manufacturing company in Michigan. He immediately applied for unemployment, but was told that his employer did not submit any information to the government for him. To date, he has filed five (5) claims and has not received any benefits. He has been seeking work, but cannot afford gas or bus fare to where jobs are available. He worked for this company for four (4) years full time. He has not paid rent two months or paid child support.
His employer filed a MI-W4 for him and FUTA and SUTA taxes were deducted from his check. Is he entitled to the unpaid unemployment benefits until he finds a new job. After he finds a new job and the unemployment benefits still have not been paid by his old employer, is he still entitled to the money? Will the employer be fined? Can he sue for being evicted and homeless because of this?
The interviewer sounds tightly wound, if you ask me - yikes! To most of the people making comments about Alya's use of the term 'learnt' - why don't back off and retreat back to the pedastal you came down from?
the one with the twisty things works pretty ok i get signal somewhat here in mexico cause of it

Work-out videos.
Thanks so much...now I can watch my Merlin series three discs!!

Jamie. The response is intended to show ambition, however is aggressive, and that is why the interview was failed.
