This really works. Apply hemoform serum just when cold sore is just starting to be active. It does not stop it from coming on just makes it a shorter time having it. It dries it out.
Absolutely, I schedule time to do "nothing" into our calendars. I refused to make plans the weekend after our vacation, knowing we'd be getting back into the groove of work, laundry, etc. And then both my husband and I got sick and spent all weekend in bed/on the couch. It helped to not have to cancel a single plan!
I guess we've been lucky. Since I'm stingy and insist on something dying before we buy a replacement, we generally adopt technology at least a year (usually more) after it comes out. By then, the bugs have been worked out, and we've seen general reactions from friends and family.
The one exception? We got a Kinect. I really thought more games for adults would be developed. We're trading it and the Xbox 360 in for credit toward a PS4 once our PS3 gives out. So I guess some good will come of it finally.

I don't really "schedule" it, but I live alone, so I naturally am usually alone when I get home from work and the gym on weeknights. I'm introverted, so having time alone is important to me.
An unactivated credit card could cost you your life if a robber takes you for an express kidnapping and your card doesn't work! Just don't carry any cards, but a decoy wallet is a good idea. My favorite is to have a fat-appearing wallet with a line attached to it and my inner-pocket. I have caught a couple of pickpockets this way and beat the #*@!! out of one of them!
Had to laugh about the "cassette tapes and wine coolers . . .". Nice to have a good nest egg to get out on your own! I did some baby-sitting, too. With some of those kids, that was hard work, wasn't it? Tx for relating your story.
Yes, whether it's an hour at the gym, an hour out shopping at my favorite consignment store, and an hour nap with the bedroom door shut and phones off, "Me" time keeps me from shutting down.
I've been asked by my colleagues a couple of times before to their cosign loans. Good thing is that, before I made a commitment with them, I do a research on what could be the dangers of cosigning a loan and I'm happy to say that I didn't agree with anyone. I don't want to regret paying their debt.
I was a cashier at CVS drugstore in 1987. I was making $3.50 an hour at the time when minumum wage was $3.35. Some money I saved, some I spent on cassette tapes, wine coolers and lip gloss. Most weekends I baby-sat for extra cash as well. After high school I had about 2 thousand dollars which was the money I used to strike out on my own as an independent adult.
It is difficult to schedule "me" time and if I can't take a yoga class or get a workout in, I usually just focus on my breathing and try to stay in the moment while performing a task like driving, eating or doing laundry!
My me time is always an invigorating workout early in the morning before my day begins and every Sunday morning where I pamper myself with at-home Spa routine.
Absolutely!!! I'm an introvert and my world would collapse if I didn't. Puttering around the house, reading, taking a walk, travel, visiting a garden, shopping, journaling, and going to my favorite coffee shop are at the top of the list.

*Update* If you are using only a cash card, you can ONLY use cash or debt.
Also food court now takes cards as well as cash.
Mine's usually during the weekend when I don't have work. It's my time to prepare for the upcoming week away from people.
i keep all money i find . no matter how big or small . the bigger the amount the better . pete
Yes I always schedule me time. It makes me a more well-rounded person!

If I find I'm not taking enough time for myself, I will put the word "NOTHING" on my calendar so I can make sure I do not schedule anything at all.

Anthony, thanks for the comment. In hopes of inspiring teenagers, what sorts of jobs did you work?
Not really, but I like to read instead of watching TV.
I am so jealous! Did your parents advise you, or did you just figure it all out? How neat!
Yes, it's me,me,me, all the time,time,time!

I make time for me before bed usually with a good book.

I don't usually schedule "me' time, but my days off when my husband is working ends up being my "me" time, since we don't have any kids.
I don't schedule 'me' time but I take it whenever I can get it.
