I love love love maisondesbijoux!!! The way they treated me as a customer is unprecedented. from the price/products, communication up to a packaging and shipping time I was really impressed! Check them out!
I have done all the things that I am supposed to but im trying to get my phone number changed on my Google account and my new card number? How do I do that?
My goal is to pay off all debt, including my student debt by the end of the year. I am on track and have more financial goals for next year, like travel more and see the sights! :)
I just moved across the country for a new job and used most of my liquid savings to do so! The priority now is to save for travel in the future and add to the emergency fund once again.
My top priority is learning as much about investing to secure a comfortable retirement while saving for a down payment on a house.
My initial priority was the down payment but knowing how to juggle financial priorities and understanding the requirements for long-term stability through efficient investing has a much larger impact in the long run. A pretty house is nice but what's the point if I'm stressed about student loans, bills and retirement income.
We have several right now: 1. DH needs a new car and we always pay cash. We have enough for it, so now it's just a matter of holding it aside. 2. We're saving up a down payment for our second rental property. Almost there! 3. Just overall investing and increasing net worth.
THANK YOU!!! Even as a healthcare worker, the antibacterial craze drives me insane. All the new moms who are "germ-crazy" and whipping out the little wipes and little bottles of antibacterial soap...STOP. Your kids need some germs...it's how they build up their immunity and are able to fight infections.
I even agree with nixing the multivitamin..UNLESS you actually have a deficiency and need to supplement that.
My top financial priority is paying for school, hopefully I'll be graduating in December and sitting for boards to become an Registered Nurse soon after!
Our biggest priority now is paying off the debt we incurred while my husband and I were both unemployed. We're working now, and excited to get back in the black!
>Perhaps you missed the memo urging you to start saving for retirement in your 20s or >30s. Or, if your situation is anything like mine, you started a family early or didn't find >your passion in life until you were in your 30s.
Or you started investing right out of high school like I did, but you didn't have money management skills so every time there was an emergency, you pulled money our of retirement savings to pay for the emergency of the day.
I didn't learn about budgeting until I turned 40 thanks to finding Dave Ramsey via podcasts. Within a few months of someone actually teaching how to budget, I was in control of my money. It took years to clean up my mess, but I made more financial progress in the 5 years since then than I did in the 40 years previous.
I'm sad to think how much better things would be had anyone bother to teach me at a young age, I'd easily be a millionaire right now. But at least I learned in time to turn things around for retirement.

Our top financial priority is making ends meet!! We are fighting tooth and nail to pay the bills every month without incurring additional debt.

I could only get to about 65 items...mind went blank.
Saving for grad school and contributing as much as I can to retirement!
I agree to everything you said. My mama took me to thrift shops and I still go to thrift stores. I love them.
