I received the exact email for a hutch I am selling. Also 4 others with similar responses. My question is what would someone have to gain from this scam? I don't understand how they could benefit from this?
OMG yes and I am only here because I just mAde a big pot of wet brown grocery bag lentils my self. Yuck how can I fix them I want to like lentils. I searched the net to see why soo many people love them. You described my thoughts to a tee! hELP!
I lived in a 425 square foot basement efficiency apartment for 7 years when I was single. It was what I could afford. Somehow, despite its size it felt like home. However, I can't imagine more than one person living there. I had to institute a one-in, out-out rule for newly acquired items. If I got something new, I got rid of something. Clothes for example. It worked and it certainly has helped me be less cluttered since then. I do have to say that I love having rooms now, with doors. Also, I don't want to live in the basement. No finished basement for me. I'm done. After the apartment, I moved into a 2 bedroom row home with my now husband. 2 kids later and we just moved into a small 3 bedroom with a nice yard. It's neither tiny nor huge. We are forced to share space, which I think is a good thing. Also, the smaller the house, the less there is to clean and maintain.
So true! One unfortunate side effect is that saving becomes a must, and spending is a sin. More often than not, they know how to save, but they forgot how to spend, especially on themselves. Didn't we save so one day we can enjoy it?
Fully agree, Matt. This 'technique' is a substitute for real thought and engagement, and entirely cynical and transparent. We had a colleague who did this, and it drove everyone absolutely bonkers! A much better tip - be real, and be really interested.
5, 6 and 7 seem like no brainers. To avoid late fees, I think the simpler the better. I automate everything that allows without a extra charge. Things that can't be automated from the company, can be from your checking account.
All credit cards will let you choose a date to pay where you can specify the minimum payment, full balance or another amount and it will be automatically deducted from your checking account on the date specified. Always go for the full balance to avoid interest if possible. Bills that stay the same can be automated from your checking account to be paid on the same date each month. The only one I have to go in and enter the payment for each month is the electric bill.
Keep a simple spreadsheet, made with the "table" feature in Microsoft word, that lists your monthly bills and/or budget amount and check them off when they've been paid. All bills have a regular monthly due date that doesn't change. Type it on the spreadsheet. Take 5 min once a week to glance at it. If it's close to the due date and it hasn't been checked, pay it. It's simple as that and takes 5 minutes a week.
To those who have complaints about mulching, I'm sorry but the solution to your problem is to cut your lawn regularly & keep it 2-3" high.
We have never bagged or raked our lawns. On the odd occasion that we have missed cutting for what ever reason, we just run the lawn mower over any piles of cut grass to spread them around. Not only do we have beautiful, green grass even during droughts, we water our lawns very rarely.
In contrast our neighbours that water & don't mulch always end up with yellow/brown grass during droughts.
I have heard a few dermatologists recommend witch hazel for zits but I am reluctant to try anything besides Citrus Clear because it has been the only products that control my oily skin and acne. It dries it out and prevents it from becoming be a horrible, noticeable, angry, red, zit that everyone stares at in business meetings. I wash with Citrus Clear at night and in the morning - and i Use their Control Moisturizer - I can't find it in the stores anymore so thankfully amazon sells it.
Great list. If you like these tools, then would like to suggest you proofhub. It is one tool that combines the features of most of these tools, into one platform. Easy to use, secure and multilingual are some of the adjectives you can relate proofhub with. Here's a quick link: http://www.proofhub.com/
why don't you start lifting weights(and challenging yourself aka not using 2 lb dumbbells). The extra calories that will be consumed will be also used to build muscle to you end up eating more (which is great and delicious) and you end up with a better body shape. Too bad women think they will get muscular huge and manly.... this does not occur. Not enough testosterone in women for it too occur. It is hard enough to get big as a man.
Not wearing shoes ever in the house makes a world of difference in terms of cleaning and maintenance. We redid old floors and installed new ones in our house nearly 20 years ago. Not wearing shoes has contributed them to basically not aging at all. Once you adopt this habit, you will find other benefits like feeling psychologically freed from the world when you take off your shoes before entering the house. It is the one thing my husband and I have done which is far more helpful than anything else. We clean far less than others do and have avoided having to use anything other than the vacuum (and VERY occasional vinegar and water for the hardwood floors in the kitchen).

Fantastic addition! We practice this habit ourselves. Unfortunately, our guests don't always comply!
Hmm. I haven't had this experience, guest. But thanks for the warning!

Why even bother eating rice cakes if you're going to slather it in peanut butter, nutella, or canned cheese?
I love taking my kids on picnics and to the park to play

now i know how to sneak into a russian armory with only a rubber band
Hi Carrie
Two things will definitely help me 1. Late fee 2. Phone Bills
I always delay my payments and suffer a lot because of let fee. Reminders will definitely help here.
Phone, i am not very sure because it is convenient than skype and any other thing. But surely, will give it a try.

My favorite Spring hobby is getting some friends together, boiling crawfish and drinking some sweet Abita Strawberry beer!

I just want to try this thing out. OMG! It is worked! My RAM usage dropped from 85% to 60%. Thank you very much.

Beware when putting WD-40 on your door hinges. I did this once and they were never able to stay open again.
I try to spend as much time as possible outside! :)
