I use LinkedIn only. I regularly receive consulting offers and am contacted by headhunters through that site. It's also a great way to keep up with colleagues in the same or related businesses.
linkedin is just useless and overrated...so i'd say i surely use facebook the most. hands down i do. i'm not proud of it because i think facebook is soon going the way of myspace however for now, it's the best.
Facebook and Twitter pretty evenly, mostly for work but also to keep up with relatives/friends.
And those weekly WB tweetchats are a guilty pleasure. "Guilty" because I should be working, "pleasure" because I like to hear everyone's replies.
I use Facebook most. I logon about once a day. I mostly use it to keep in touch with family and several friends from my days in the Air Force. If I had my druthers, I'd use Google+ or Twitter, but most everyone I know is only on Facebook.
I actually find that eating slower makes me eat less. I grew up in a family of "scarfers" and we always over-ate.
When you eat more slowly (chew a ridiculous amount of time, take smaller bites), it gives your stomach time to send signals of fullness to your brain. In general, it takes 20 minutes for the brain to recognize fullness (I don't have studies to back this up, but it's what my dietician told me). You can easily shovel down too much food if you eat too fast, but if you eat slowly, you give your stomach time to realize that it's sated.
Lately, it's been Instagram. I find it a lot more interesting and easy to stay up-to-date. I used to love Facebook, but lately, it feels a bit overwhelming to maintain.
Personally, I think social networking is ludicrous. If I want to talk to someone, I call. If I want to see someone, I go to their house or meet them at a convenient restaurant. Why do people think they need to be connected 24/7???
My fiancé and I are currently planning a budget-friendly wedding, and use Pinterest the most often! We've been able to find so many cute, crafty, and cheep ideas for our big day :)
I use Facebook exclusively. It keeps me up-to-date on friends and family who live too far away to see on a regular basis. It's also helped me to re-connect with old friends and ex-coworkers.
I probably use Facebook the most. It's the site most of my friends and co-workers use. I am also a huge fan of Twitter and Pinterest. I never got into Instagram.

I only use Facebook.
I don't use any social networking websites.
Facebook for connecting with friends, LinkedIn for professional contacts and networking.
Facebook is my app of choice. I don't have time for more than one, so I used to look at Twitter, but I gave it up.

I use Twitter the most, both for work and play. I actually love it :)

I use Facebook almost exclusively. I think I am on there too much but I actually use it a fraction of the time most do.

Facebook. All. The. Time. (Hangs head in shame)
I use Facebook - it helps me keep in contact with family on several continents!

I'm on facebook the most, just to keep up with friends. I haven't caught the Pinterest or Twitter bug yet.
