Hi. I'm new and learned some good tips here. BTW another tool-smart idea for me is that I buy cheaper tools at Harbor Freight. My auto body expert father bought the best Mac Tools. I'd rather pay for cheap tools to try out instead of starting with a $200+ Spray gun or a $150 for a simple angle grinder.

When I was a preteen I had terrific migraine headaches. My father would wet
a cloth with witch hazel to put over my eyes and forehead. I don't know if it
was because my father was helping me or the witch hazel, but, it, made me calm
and the headache would stop. I am 74 now and keep it on hand still.
Just take out a 30 year loan and pay it off like a 15 year loan. You get the same savings but if your income goes down you can pay less on your mortgage and still be current .
I kind of wished this article just listed the tips out instead of making me go to a bunch of different places to ready the things I "don't need to buy"; however, if your'e willing to do the legwork, the tips are interesting and can help you save money.
I have Zojirushi NP. This product is worth every penny. Before purchasing the rice cooker, we read a review on Forbes and it stated that it was the one kitchen appliance that actually cooks something BETTER than you can by hand.
It's not a shock but always revealing when the freeloaders show themselves for who they are. To think that someone's vacation home is another's hotel is beyond ignorant. Many of them aren't even embarrassed to suggest or ask! It's amazing.
They are users and nothing else. I wouldn't ever even think of hinting that another should invite me to THEIR home; much less suggest that they let me sleep in their bed, use their private space, etc.! Say "NO, that is my PRIVATE retreat". The end!
If they give you the can't afford it routine-beware. They're manipulating you. I bet they just spent their money on something that serves them only. Regardless-that's their issue.
Suggest that they look for hotels or rentals that they can afford. Have fun watching their desire to visit, get away and get close to you vanish. Just smile knowingly.
If you don't hear from them, you'll know why. Come on, by now you get it don't you!
I repeat-muster the courage to say "No-this is a private place."
The first time saying it is the hardest. It's easier after that.

Wow, I just recently started looking into how to earn some extra money as a stay-at-home mom with four little girls ages 2 to 7, the two oldest of which I also home school, and decided to research writing blogs since I enjoy writing so much. I am happy I found reliable sources of information from here and it is so encouraging to see someone like Miranda sharing her lessons, resources, and advice for others to be able to do the same. I would definitely have a house sitter or change the dates of my trip. I have to imagine that there is an underground network where this sort of information would be valuable and have a market value.

I do not have a second job, but worked two jobs for many many years to help make ends meet. I think the biggest challenge is time at home with family!
