#2 is a really good suggestion. Maybe it's just a geek in me but I really enjoy factory tours and learning how things are made. I even payed for some of the tours I went to. It's an interesting and education way to spend some free time.
When a recipe is given in parts it doesn't matter what size cup or measure you use as long as you use that ssame measure through out. for exa, ple. You could use a soup bowl as your 1 part. then you would use 1 soup bowl of masa, 2 soup bowls of soy flour etc. Alternatively you could use teaspoons or any item as your 1 part. it just depends how much flour you want to mix up.
My family and I only eat fast food once or twice a month. In terms of convenience it is unbeatable, and sometimes saves money over going to an expensive restaurant.
We eat fast food about once a week, especially in the summer when we're busier and the kitchen is too hot to cook in. In the autumn and winter, we tend to eat in more or go out for more deliberate meals. Summer is for road trips and eating on the run, so we consumer fast food more.
I tend to eat fast food about once a week. It's all about convenience and taste for me--as much as I wish I could be more of a broccoli and grilled chicken always kind of person.
I limit my fast food eating to no more than once per week as a "reward" for running errands over lunch (if I bring lunch, I won't leave work). But I try and steer clear of the really bad foods and stick with things like subs, salads, etc.
I try to avoid fast food as much as possible, but I have to go eat it when my wife is in the mood to eat something fast instead of cooking something. If my wife isn't happy, then nobody is happy.
I usually pack a lunch/go home, or keep a bag of raw almonds and tea at my desk. However, I have a price goal in case I feel I must eat out $2.50. So, I can go to Wendy's and get a value chicken sandwich and a small coffee for $2.10. I also found that at Burger King, I can order a .99 value salad, .99 value chicken nuggets, combine them for a chicken salad.
When you buy a new DVD RW it usually allows you to change the region 4 times.
Maybe your's have already been changed 4 times, region 3 being the last one selected.
I very rarely eat fast food. I don't because of two reasons. One, it's so bad for you. It's full of trans fats, chemically processed foods and who knows what else. Second, I don't think it's that cheap. It's much cheaper to make a homemade meal with fresh ingredients.
Even if particular money problems are beyond someones control, treating them like they are self-inflicted and taking responsibly is a key for rebound. The victim mentality never accomplishes anything. GREAT article!

About once a month. I like french fries and occasionally get a craving for a bacon cheeseburger.
We eat out about 2 times a week. I would like it to be less but running around with kids makes it harder.

For convenience, I eat fast food about once every other week or so. Sometimes, ya just don't feel like cooking and a bowl of cereal won't cut it.
I eat fast food only when I'm absolutely craving it, and it's the only food item I can't stop thinking about!

What about growing your own vegetibles? I have a garden in my backyard in which the soil is made entirely of leave and grass clippings.

I eat fast food maybe once every 3 or 4 months I like to eat it as a special treat only instead of as a way of life :)

Rarely, if ever. I've found I've adopted the casual eatery. It's just as fast but the quality of food is way better.
Twice a week on average! Usually when I'm stressed out or need a pick-me-up... Sad but true.
