Umm that is definitely a scam. The "check" they are giving to you is a fake and if you cash it you will be responsible for the lost money from the bank. Anything that says "dear" or "please kindly" or any other grammatical sentence structures of the sort ARE scams as well. And why can't you call him? He is "hearing" impaired? You are most likely talking to a foreign scammer from india, africa or any of the other countries they do stuff like this on!

One thing I do when working at home is to set a target of where I want to be, then get out of my chair and do something else for a bit. So I might set myself a target of finishing a post then will go and make a drink. Sitting in the same chair for hours on end is never good and it just makes you feel tired and sluggish. I find you have much better ideas if you go do something else for a short time, then return refreshed back at your desk.
My list isn't long like yours. I only have the Manage Money app to track my spending and QuitNow! app for quitting smoking. The second one isn't free but I love the way it tracks my progress. I will be soon a reformed smoker!

I honestly think the issue with produce is regional. I lived in Birmingham AL and the produce was iffy and I did not want to buy any there...but at my Aldi in IL - awesome produce. Wish they carried Kale and squash and maybe a few other things but I always feel really great after walking out of Aldi...I feel like I have a cart full of food that I can actually make a bunch of meals, lunches, etc. I don't feel that way shopping anywhere else.

He says you take your life in your hands going out at night. My iteration-in-law lives in SE Erie and she and her husband now pack guns to protect against break-ins. Most major industry left Erie. GE still remains, but not much longer they are going to layoff mot of their remaining Erie employees as they move locomotives to Texas (and, eventually, to Mexico and/China). Many years ago, Erie was No. 1 in diversity of products manufactured. Today, most of the jobs are in the service industry (Welcome to Wal Mart). I notice the comments of those who claim to live elsewhere are all glowing about how great it is! If it is that great why haven't they gone back already. Yes, compared to Detroit, it is a better place to live. But if you love short summers, long cold snowy winters and somewhat high crime rate (higher than indicated here) then by all means move there. The one big plus is the peninsula. Growing we used to ride out there on bikes or take the ferry from the Public Dock to Waterworks beach. As far as Italian food, it is mediocre. One has to go to Buffalo or Pittsburgh to find good Italian food. I will give aplus to Romolos, Stefanellis or Pulakos for their chocolates. I used to love Ox Roast sandwiches, but quality hs gone down hill. Also, a big plus for Smith hotdogs. However, in North Carolina, Krispy Kreme donuts have Might Fine donuts beat by a mile. Of course, the "kitchen police" had problem because KK donuts were using a shortening that was too fattening.
Personally, who ever put this list together must be from an alternate universe. While I can't speak for every city, but having spent time in few of them, no way would I rank some of them in the top 10 (or even 100) and I am not addressing the crime rate.

This message seems suspicious to me, but I can't figure out what the scam might be:

3.....City, State and Zip Code
4.....Home & Cell Phone to contact you

The basic strategy is to pay the highest interest loans first, so if you can defer your student loans (which are likely 6.8% or lower) and pay off the credit cards and higher interest loans, do it!

The number place I wish people learned about money is at home. Though I know it made the list of 7 most people are just not getting the education they need from their parents. Partly because a lot of parents aren't really sure what they are doing themselves. I have never had a cold sore in my life. But I recently found out that my young half-sister contracted the virus from sharing a drink with a friend. She is only 7 so she is not fully educated on how easy it is to spread them. She was visiting me for a bit and happened to get a cold sore the last day of her visit. I knew that meant I had to be careful about coming into contact with any possibly infected fluids. I love my baby sister and I wish I could do something to help but all I can really do is try to prevent myself or anyone else from getting it as well. Just by happen stance she was playing with this whistle in the back seat of the car and I was so exhausted by the end of the day I wasn't paying much attention. She handed me the whistle and asked me to play it. So, I did. And then I realized I shouldn't have done that. But it was too late then so I just went straight to the bathroom making sure I didn't lick my lips and washed my mouth out with a generic anti-septic mouth wash, then carefully with some hydrogen peroxide, and again with mouthwash. It might seem a bit drastic but I'd rather be safe than sorry. It has only been a day since then and I have not gotten a cold sore yet. But I wonder, when will I know? Have I contracted it? Is there something I can do that might cause a cold sore if I did become infected so that I would know I was infected?

When it gets close to 90 I prefer to stay in the a/c. But we always have at least one camping trip each summer.
