I've had used cars that cost a lot of money in repairs, but I don't want to get a brand new car that may lose value.
I am going to buy a used but fairly new car next.
I think it would be my best bet. I am thinking of getting it from a rental car agency that sells their cars.
Wouldn't keeping a bottle of alcohol on hand be way more cost effective and not have any of the undesirable properties of mouthwash (staining, sugar, smell).
I'm 39yo, been married since 1995 and this is what I've had for cars:
1991-2004: A 1992 Ford Escort that my parents bought new for my 21st birthday.
2004-2008: A 1995 Toyota Camry that my parents gave me when they bought a new car for themselves.
2008: After 13 years of marriage, hubby and I finally bought our first NEW vehicle, a 2008 Ford Escape. Best decision for us.
The Escape is for me, Hubby still drives the 1995 Toyota with over 260,000 miles on it.
@Damien - When you look at speciality products like athlete's foot and fungus treatments which can be very expensive, then mouthwash tends to be more economical. Combine that with the multi-funtionality of mouthwash, and there's value added. (At least for me as a traveler, its multi-purposefulness is very handy).
I use boiling water on my stove top (gas stove that has little depressions for the burners. Cheap, takes off 90% of the crud and leaves it sparkling with very little elbow grease. Bonus - it's greener than all those chemicals. It is disgusting sopping up the NASTY water, but I'd rather do that than scrub at something for 20 minutes to have it look crappy.
If there is anything left that is really on there, I use the Barkeeper's Friend scouring powder. It says it's safe for most surfaces and works beautifully for me on so many different tasks.
Oh, and I have tiny bathrooms, so cleaning floors and low surfaces on hands and knees is a must since the mops won't fit well in there.
Don't forget to wipe down your baseboards while you're doing the walls... they get pretty gross too. ;)
I don't think this should be something that's mandated on a federal or state level, but a local level, since the local government is generally the agency that is in charge of removing garbage. And I would imagine that for most families, this way would be less expensive, especially if the city uses the money it makes from recycling to help pay for disposal of garbage.
I fail to see how any of these ideas save money. Most of them would be better with a dedicated product, and the rest are more suited to people who have excess mouthwash that they need to get rid of.
I tried it a few years ago not knowing what it was and it helped me a lot. Im very sensitive to things, some things have worked in the past and some haven't, i dont expect anything when i heal i just receive.
To be honest i didint expect it to work in a deeper level with me. Im happy now and considering studying homeopathy.

I've been stuck since I got laid off. Ended up watching a shop for a friend that had nearly no customers most of the day (It closed, surprise!). I should have been searching for my next move, but instead I played probably over 2000 games of freecell. I tried to go one day without playing it. Gave myself a list of goals and other more productive things to do with the internet. Nope, 3 games that day. I guess it was just easier. I feel you. I haven't tried this exercise yet. But I will. Hopefully.
I noticed that the article recommends an alcohol based mouthwash, while the guy in the photo is holding up a bottle of alcohol free mouthwash. I wonder how many people will go out and look for that particular brand without realizing they are using the wrong type? Hahaha!
As someone who has had 20+ piercings, I just wanted to warn readers that mouthwash may be too harsh for many piercings. Most professional piercers warn against using alcohol and alcohol-based cleansers because they are too harsh and drying.
Use an unscented, basic soap instead, and only once a day. Other than that, don't touch it at all, and it'll be fine.
If I make use of a coupon today and try and sell it tomorrow through your website - what do you do to protect the poor soul buying the already used coupon please?

Nobody goes to prison for simply owing debts. My inkling is that this is some low-life who works for a collection agency and he's trying to scare the masses into believing this heap of crap. Buying an older model is always the best choice. Not only can find amazing dealer deals, you won't feel like you are driving off the lot with a lot less value than what you paid. We were able to buy a 2008 model with very little mileage and an amazing dealer deal. Shop around and leave the new car buying to the people who don't care about cost.
Interesting that the article cautions you to use sugar-free, alcohol based mouthwash (Listerine (tm) comes to mind for me) but the stock photo that is associated with the article is Crest Pro Health Alcohol Free. (snicker)
Question can I add epson salt to the beer mix? I have also heard add mouth wash will that be ok? I bought miracle grow sprayer 50 gallon hose att. I have .24 acher lot size. How much mix should I put in it? Please let me know ps its st agu grass and the nozzle has 3 different spray mods. Trugreen just isn't giving me the results I am wanting. I know you have it listed here but I need to know the mix and how many times would I need to make the mix for.my lawn size? Please help

@AA - I'm a big fan of vinegar too, but I'm not sure it holds quite the antibacterial and antiseptic properties that mouthwash does.
