If you were to call and activate it - they would get your SS number as you would THEN be opening a checking account. NetSpend is the GREATEST prepaid card out there. I have a regular checking account - which part of my pay goes to for paying bills and savings. But my spending money, grocery money, etc goes to my netspend card. This allows me to track exactly how much I have at all times (if something is pending, it shows me immediately and takes it from my available balance). I cannot go "under", no extra fees, just $10 a month. Each of my children have one of these cards as well. With a simple text message i can transfer money to any of them and it is available for them in seconds. Simple, easy, no extra fees, no NSF, perfect. Even for those making plenty of money, this is a great service. If you do not want it - don't call to activate. Again, they do not have any information other than your name and address. That is why they are not worried about sending them out. There is no "risk" even if someone else was to get "your card" before activation. They would need your SS number to activate it, and then they would have to put their own money on it. It is prepaid. If you do not load money on it - you have nothing to lose. P.S. - I get my direct deposit 4 days earlier than I do with my Bank of America account.

You will need an eagle eye to spot these but always dispute the negative line items in any of these areas and chances are the bureau won’t have the right record and will resolve the matter in your favor. Also bear in mind that credit bureaus are under pressure to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving one.

Also, forgot to mention that how tangy the yogurt turns out is directly related to the time the yogurt is exposed to warm temperatures after it sets. If I put my yogurt in the fridge after 4-6 hours (my average set time) it turns out sweet. After 8-10 hours it is noticeably tangier although still delicious.
Glad to see that homemade yogurt is catching on. My mom used to make it and I recently picked it up for the same reasons mentioned in the article: lower cost, fewer additives (especially sweeteners), and also to reduce the waste from all those little plastic cups. I will add though that if anyone is turned off by having to buy a machine I have successfully made yogurt many many times using only a pot to heat the milk and a cooler to keep the yogurt warm while it sets. From all the batches I've made my first batch was the only one that didn't set and it turns out my thermometer was ten degrees off. So give it a shot! Its cheap, healthy and very easy.

um recomending a friend or someone you know is a part of the program...its one of the options you get with your account you can recomend somone or set up a card on your own account for them i think that recomended or set up a card for him..and incedently the card dose not have any money on it untill you activate it with you your desired amount...

We leave a new one at the bottom of our kitchen garbage can to keep it smelling fresh when the garbage gets stinky. Change it one a month or so.

what if your agent befriends your banker or mortgage broker? I am not at ease with that at all, but is it a red flag?
