I think the whole idea of the morning person is a farse for most. I am a tried and true night owl and every relationship I have had the woman i was dating at the time said she was a morning person but when I'd sleep in til 11 or noon on the weekends so would she. Every person i have been with has adjusted, and quite easily, to my late night schedule. i think the truth is, if everyone had a choice, a lot more people would stay up late and sleep in in the morning. IMO. Well, it's 2 am i better get something to eat. :)
I use Skype a lot since I work with people in Italy. It's really handy since I can talk for free if they have Skype. It's still cheap if I need to call a mobile number and don't want to ask a potential client if they have Skype. Other than that it's mostly email.
Thanks for the comment, John. I agree- in this economy we have to create and take advantage of every opportunity to generate additional sources of income.
The local grocery store is one of the best places to find souvenirs! You can try new foods, find a favorite that you had while there that you might not find at home, and open up a new world of taste to those back home!
Thanks for featuring us in this great list! Glad you liked the Sun-Dried Tomato Penne Sausage Skillet! Isn't it great to be able to cook pasta in the skillet?!
Go for a walk and chat instead of spending money on lunch!
I use Skype almost everyday to stay in touch with very little expense.

All of my coworkers communicate on Facebook.
Email is the best. Have it routed to your phone for instant notification.
Personally, email and texts I use mostly.
We use Skype and Whatsapp, plus anyone with an iphone we use the imessaging system for free texting!
I talk to my family who live out of town and my husband uses it to talk to his co workers since he works from home.
Honestly- I only use Email and txts. Its simple but easy for even the least technical employee to understand.
We keep in touch using email and instant messenger
I use Skype to talk to friends throughout the country.
FaceTime!

Good ones. Also, personal care items! If you remember to pack everything, you won't need to buy it.
Make a list. Check it twice!
I use Skype for friends who live in places where a long distance phone call would be needed.
I almost always forget to add a charging cable for one of my devices, drives me up the wall.
