If you already own permanent life insurance the decision is tougher, especially if you have a paid up policy soon. But for most people looking for insurance term is a clear winner. Permanent life is really only necessary for people with estate planning needs. If you want to save, simply buy term and invest the difference in a tax deferred retirement account. You can get a policy from a site like Life Ant (intelliquote is also good) for less than $30 a month, or about 1/10 of what whole life is going to cost you. Then save the savings for retirement, and live well when your ready.
I Skype a lot with my family. They are in South America (including my dad) and the very first time he got to see his 1st. granddaughter was thanks to Skype! I used to buy international calling cards and oh boy! Those cards are very expensive and only to talk on the phone for an hour. I really like Skype because its free and I'm able to see then in a live video at no cost and unlimited time! Every day I spent at least an hr or two with my family members online! Its really nice. I also send txt messages to friends and I avoid using minutes on my phone to save a little bit more!
cat litter is also great for a makeshift ashtray--in the event you are hosting a party with smokers, or are a desperate undergraduate on finals week, bought a pack of stress-squares, and need a last minute fix. Take a 1/4-1/5 cup of (fresh) litter, dump it into a throw-away tupper wear type container (ideal for this are those that cheap sandwich meats are often packaged in. In now has a lid to contain the smoldering ashtray reek, and put your butts out immediate, as in sad-topped public ash facilities (R.I.P.)
I have someone that sent me a check that was wired through their bank. I was told that he is out of town and he will schedule a mover to come and pick up the chair once I deposit the check. The chair is $300 and the check is for $1572.35. Is this a scam?
What about seafood? Where's the best?
Mostly by phone (unlimited talking) and email.
Thanks for the contest.
I have unlimited talk and text so I can call, text and do facetime with family members.
Texts, e-mail, occasional phone calls. Haven't done Skype yet because when I call it's often in the morning before I've brushed my hair.
We use Skype, Facebook, email and cell phones to stay in touch. We have unlimited texting on our phones so we do text a lot.

Tourists spend money; locals don't. So even if you're not a local, act like one and save some money along the way.
Great post! Learn from our mistakes and taking responsibility motivates us to do better next time!Thank you!
Skype saves me money by helping me stay in touch with friends and family in other countries. It is easy to use and really helps to stay within budget.
Frequent phone calls and I like to have my son paint things to mail them.
