On most cars now if you unlock the car with a rod like most locksmiths do the alarm will set off and then the trunk botton will not work. I know because I have opened many cars. Some people will even tell you till you open it lol. So I always ask! I had one the other day they sent out 3 different guys then had to tow it in to dealership ! The biggest thing in this car the battery was in the trunk so it would be almost impossible to override the theft mode it was in.

Just thought I would mention this. After some strokes, some people are also unable to learn certain subjects as well as they were, or have their mental faculties so compromised, that they are to slowly degenerate until death.
Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, other more general forms of dementia, are also examples of knowledge being taken away albeit less suddenly.
Thank you for the input though, and you are correct in most instances:0)
Continue to save at least 20% of my paycheck in my 401K at work and add any extra money to my online savings account. Any overtime worked goes directly into savings, no spending it.
I would agree that student loan debt could be considered "healthy" debt. While student debt isn't fun.. it is a tool that if used responsibly can help a lot of people who could otherwise not afford an education.
I need to begin this comment by telling you that I am a piano teacher. I chose this career because of my passion for teaching, not to become a performing musician in the form of what I take you to speak of in this article. I am not writing to criticize but to offer an insight into what hasn't been addressed. The training of a piano teacher does not end with their graduation from college. Continuing education is a must for piano teachers today. Pedagogical discoveries are made each year and it is in the best interest of our students that we explore them. If a fair consideration is made of the time spent at pedagogy conferences and master classes, the cost of attending these events, proper maintenance of the instrument that we teach on, the cost of studio and teaching supplies, the time spent researching and purchasing the proper materials for each student and the time spent in custom curriculum development for each individual student I believe that you will find that the average rate of pay is substantially less that what has been stated in this article. Like teachers of other subjects, most piano teachers do not enter this field to get rich. They enter this field because of their calling to teach.
Yeah MoneyMonk...
You're right about still the taxes and ins. fees. But that's either way...but at least I can say its mine by paying cash. Insurance and Tax's are a given yes but NO MTG PYMT sounds really good especially after being a home owner with a MTG.
New scam. Heard it today. A potential buyer shows up to your house and takes a couple of pics discreetly of nice items in your house. They decide not to buy anything. The crook then photoshops the pics of items taken at your home, and photoshopped to look like they are in his home. The crook calls the police and reports his house was burglarized. Police take a report along with the photoshopped pictures. Then 2 days later, calls the police and reports that he sees a stolen item on Craigslist. The police set up a sting and find all of the photoshopped items at your house. You are arrested and the police give your things to the crooks. Now... Does anyone have any suggestions to prevent against this??
Please let me know.
Oh, wow! Massive goals - good luck (and what a cool story about Instagram).
@Dan - yeah I wondered about that, guessing home insurance must work differently than in the UK/NZ.

Add a baby to our family and still live within our means.
I want to pay off all of my student loans this year.
$31000 is more than I make in a year, so you are ridiculously lucky that its only about 30% of your income each year.
I would like to pay off some bills.
Anything about texting back a code that the scammer sends via microsoft...???
To save the max amount for retirement and save $15000 towards buying a home.
For me it's to pay off debt.

I am trying to build up my savings account and emergency funds.
your Key word herre is "bought many NEW CARS". used car market is nowhere near the same as the new market.
I want to work on my house.
I don't have landlord insurance, but that rate seems astronomically high. Have you shopped around?
Can these food and drinks be a alternative to insulin. Is there a natural food that can naturally regulate your body and automatically balance it.
