The hours, and and the people, Where I currently work we can start as early as 5am most days, and get to leave around 1:30pm most days, with some overtime we still leave by 3-3:30 most days. This leaves lots of time in the early evening for things, and traffic is not so bad leaving before 3:30. Next the people are nice where i work. Pay helps too!
My favorite comfort food is french vegetable soup. In my family, we call it "frueg"; when I was little, my mom had written "fr.veg" on the meal planning list, but I thought the "v" looked like a "u", and now we call it frueg! :)
My favorite comfort food is stuffing! I love it on Thanksgiving because I never eat it any other time. I have read the ingredients and I can't bring myself to eat it more than once a year.

There is a cranberry salad that we make with cranberries, apples and walnuts that I love. It's just not a holiday without it.
