White House Email

I got an email from President Obama yesterday. Did you? The email was from a whitehouse.gov address, not democrats.org or another political site. So, if you were one of the 13 million people on President Barack Obama's campaign email list, you are not automatically on his White House mailing list.

Confessions of a Minimalist: 9 Reasons I Miss My Stuff

Posted April 7, 2009 - 12:30 by Elizabeth Sanberg

Lifestyle

Empty Room

I’ve noticed a rise in the “anti-stuff” movement. Have less. Buy less. Spend less. Need less. While this is dandy for some, I’ve survived with “less” for the last 7 months and, honestly, I’ve grown sick it. Since September when I quit my job to travel, I have gotten by on very little. Posted March 12, 2009 - 09:44 by Elizabeth Sanberg

Taxes

H&R Block

I have a confession to make: I love tax season. Not just the days when I do my taxes or when I file my taxes or get a chunk of change deposited to my account, but the entire Tax Season: from beginning of January when you're allowed to start filing until April 15: the big due date. Honestly, I think Tax Season is a lot like the Holiday Season. Don't believe me? Check out their similarities.
