By now, you're probably really tired of hearing about the swine flu. Frankly, I am. But the swine flu isn't like the regular flu, and since the H1N1 vaccine isn't widely available yet (and may be in short supply), here are some simple, inexpensive steps you can take to prepare for what promises to be a lousy flu season.

Science has proven that exposure to germs and dirt helps build up a strong immune system. Don't waste your money on bacterial soaps and wipes - they're just coddling your immune system, which then reacts to unimportant things, like pollen, peanuts, or cat dander.
