Keeping blood sugars in check can be tricky - there's an endless cycle of highs and lows that can be hard to navigate. Sometimes, sugars get high and we should take more meds to counteract them. Sometimes, though, if sugars are elevated but not dangerously so, we can use these cheap methods to get our glucose back to normal - without popping another pill.
