If time is money, and I sincerely believe it is, then these five remote control hacks will save you a little of both. Some are time savers, others money savers, and some do both. They're all quick, easy and require very little, if any, extra materials.Posted July 7, 2009 - 12:52 by Paul Michael
You know, I hear a lot of people say that frugal people would do anything for dime. Personally, I think that applies more to greedy people, but it got me thinking of a question that combines morals with money. Would you accept $200,000, no strings attached, if you did not know where it came from.

During hard times, eating cheap food may seem to make sense, but it can be more costly to us in the long run.

I haven't had a television in years. It's not because I'm so busy mountain-climbing or saving the world. It's not because I'm really good at saving money, either. It's mostly because I just don't need it that badly, even though I sometimes really want it.

How about $200k? Or $500k? Well, I guess it all depends on the state of your marriage, but the bigger question is this: what would you do for money? I ask because I’m getting a little disturbed at just how far people are willing to go these days for a large wad of cash. Case in point - The Moment Of Truth.

My favorite cheap TV character is Julius Rock from Everybody Hate Chris. Julius is a character based on Chris Rock's father and in almost every episode of the show his frugality shines through and here are some highlights of his wisdom and lessons he has learned. (May contain some spoilers!)

It's Friday, it's time for another deal. I must preface this by saying I'm not really a huge fan of the XBox 360, not because it's a bad console but I'm no fan of the reliability right now. However, if you are in the market for a HDTV & gaming system, Best Buy is giving you a stellar deal. You'll save over $400, which is like getting the XBox 360 for free.
