I have a couple questions.
I put an add on craigslist and then got an e-mail from a company asking if I am interested in Mystery shopping. They said I would get $400 for first job and said I wold continually get that. But that doesn't sound like what you guys are saying....?
Regardless I am still very interested in doing this in the cracks of my schedule.... only
the part where you said you will need to have your own money up front and all this talk of reimbursement... that is a problem.
I am so broke right now and I don't get paid for 4 weeks!
So now what? Do some provide money up front? or will I get the total reimbursed ?
Also, can I use a credit card for shopping and be reimbursed ?
A newborn isn't eligible for a Roth, or any IRA for that matter. You must have earned income in the year a contribution is made. ... Also, what's an "investment vehicular"?
I agree that's it's never too early to invest or to save money. Me and my sister started investing in an early age, we've learned how to set goals if we wanted to buy something in the future and at the same time help our parents. I remember my sister doing some artworks for her classmates project for 1 dollar, so we basically grew knowing how to handle money wisely and that really helps till now. I believe that it is something we should learn about from cradle to adult years. Great article by the way!
I like #2, 5, 7 and 10. #2 I always try to follow the Golden Rule with other people. #5 A nap sounds good right about now. #7 We will be meeting my SIL's new boyfriend later today. #10 I always like to make more money. I do have some junk, err valuable stuff, out in the garage I need to get rid of.
Great suggestions in terms of general strategy and I will definitely use some of them. I realize that writing style probably depends on one's "profession," but for cover letters in traditional and very conservative professions, I think that a more formal writing style is warranted and safer. So, for example, an attorney, investment banker or corporate executive would have to employ a more formal writing style than an applicant for a position at PopSugar, where the writing style is relatively casual, contractions, colloquial and emotional.
I would add "Read blog posts about happiness and productivity" to that list....reading blogs like yours always give me that lift to be more mindful and find ways to be grateful!
It is totally true! I definitely feel more able to focus mentally at work if I've exercised before work. It works better than coffee, I swear. Now if only I could pull myself out of bed to do it more often.....
Reading this is like hearing about the "internet superhighway" for the first time in the early 90s. I was like, "How are we supposed to drive on this so-called highway?" I just didn't get it then and I don't get this now. I just can't wrap my head around 3-D printing just yet. :)
What a helpful post for engaged couples! The most memorable parts of a wedding are the personal touches - and they can definitely be done on a budget. I look forward to seeing the pics in a future post.
On point #1 - correlation does not imply causation. Just because people that worked out also had high test scores does not mean that one causes the other. Could be, but not necessarily so...
I worked for a large company for 32 years an never got above 1st level management.
I was in the sales dept. I retired at age 56 with a net worth of around $2,500,000 which included the value of our house that we own , my 401k plan,a buy out on the pension plan plus other savings. Other sales people who I worked with for many years also did well.I think that you can make it working for someone. You just have to pick the right place an the right company an work hard.
Hands down, Gail Vaz-Oxlade. We've been using her "magic jars" for a couple of years now, and it's made a HUGE difference in our bottom line. I love her "smack upside the head" kind of approach--I definitely needed it. I'm tremendously grateful to her!
Its pretty good that you list ginger first here. Its probably the absolute BEST for such a wide variety of stomach pains.
As far as the aloe vera goes, its best to buy some that is specifically made for use internally. Most companies make an aloe vera blend for topical use and another that is specific for internal issues. Quality matters here.
