Be careful trying dry ice. You can warp the entire panel or even damage the paint. I have heard of it working, but I have seen and heard a lot more horror stories. Your best bet is to call an experienced Paintless Dent Repair Specialist. It might cost a little more (usually around $100), but it could save you thousands in the long run.
Is what you use on your back etc instead of soap the same dilution as for your hair? My husbd has what I think is psoriasis under his facial hair (which he has grown out to cover the red, scaly patches) and I'm wondering if his will help these patches of skin.

from what i see is that maybe you are a little selfish and maybe you should quit feeling sorry for yourself. I have been a loner in my life but i have also made some good friends too. if your life is that negative then do something about it and quit waiting for someone to do it for you. all your regret and revenge is unhealthy. the only way for you to move forward is to leave those things behind and start living today. Learn from your mistakes and use that information to make your tomorrows better. Stop wasting time living in your past...
I've always been a pretty decent saver, but I've been very motivated to ramp everything up lately. We just refinanced our house with a 10-year mortgage. We got a low mortgage rate, but that's not important. What's important is that for the first time, I'm able to envision a point in the not-too-distant future when we can be debt-free and have a pile of savings to give us the flexibility to do whatever we want to do. The idea of working hard and saving up to be debt-free by 40 (and possibly in our early 30s if we really focus) is amazing to me. The possibility of that amount of freedom is an enormous motivator.
My friend and I started a laundry service from our homes a few years ago. We found a little tip that we use on every load now. White vinegar. Add 3/4 cup into the rinse cycle and it acts as a natural fabric softner, saves money, is eco-friendly, prevents fading and helps keep your washing machine clean. Seattle Laundry Care
A single male, I dropped my membership back when Costco was 25 0r 35 dollars a year. The price differential was hardly enough to cover the membership fee and the impulse buying , in bulk no less, meant that I was buying more and saving less. These days the membership fees were at last check over $50.00 and it's even harder to save anything. I found the same items could be bought for less money at the local supermarkets when they were on sale. Costco sells boneless, skinless chicken breast for nearly $2.00 a pound. I can by them for half that when on sale at Giant foods or Girshbecks, a smaller store in the Baltimore area. Aldi Foods has been another asset to the area. They handle only store brands, but how many companies can evaporated milk, or soup, or package bran flakes? The quality over several years, has proved to be excellent, as good or better than the offerings at the chain grocery stores.
You are entitled to receive one free credit report every 12 months from each of the major credit reporting bureaus and it is entirely up to you if you wish to order all three credit reports at the same time or order one now and the others later.
The advantage of ordering just one credit report now and others later, every four months for example, is that you can keep track of any changes or new information that may appear on your report. If you request yours from only one credit agency today you can still request from the other two at a later date. That way you will have access to your updated credit report every four months throughout the year.
I believe that we should all be good stewards of the money that we have. we are blessed to live in a country such as this even with all its faults. We should be appreciative and strive to use money wisely. i save so that I can enjoy life more and so that I can have peace of mind and so that i can help those who are less fortunate. Being able to put money is it's rightful place gives one a great sense of freedom and joy.
In August I am getting an apartment and going to college again. I need to pay for all of this somehow, so 95% of all of my earnings goes to my college fund. :)
The ability to save and better afford Grad School is what motivates me to save. As a business major, I take saving very serious and furthering my education has always been extremely important to me.
I have learned how to sew, bake bread from scratch and grow a garden. Yes making my own bread might only save me a few cents a loaf, but those few cents really add up over the years! This allows me to spend a little more on higher quality meat once a year from my local meat locker and stock my freezer.
I want to have an organic farm some day so I can provide healthy, affordable food to my community. I know that organic gardening is not feasible on a worldwide scale, but at a local level it could provide safer, healthier food at a lower cost to the consumer. Plus the food won't be loaded with preservatives and chemicals which will keep people healthier in the long run. We don't have to rely on cheap, processed or gentically altered food in order to eat.
In September of 2010 I had $75,000 in student loan debt and $4,000 in credit card debt from when I was a student and no savings. These debts felt like a noose around my neck. I felt like there was no way I could move forward with my life and my dreams (buying a house, going back to school, having a family) before these were paid off. I knew I had to do something serious so I started tracking my spending and working nights babysitting and finding one off jobs (like focus groups) to supplement my day job earnings. Now I have about $30,000 in student loan debts, no credit card debt, and about $11,000 in savings on top of my work 401k plan. Saving money, and finding creative ways to do it, has become like breathing to me. I expect to be completely done paying off my student loan debt this time next year and now can start thinking about the next chapter of my life.
I just signed up! I am motivated to save by the loss of my job this past Fall. I have become SOOOO frugal and careful. It's very different not having a paycheck.
These tips are very helpful. I passed my interview last week. THANK'S TO YOU.
I also recommend this to my cousin who will have her interview this february 16.
The last two cold sores I had, I treated successfully with a cotton bud dipped into hydrogen peroxide (just the cheap 3% drugstore kind). I would swab the tingly part of my lip for a few minutes at a time, and did this 5 or 6 times throughout the day. I went through a lot of cotton buds, as I did not "double dip"!
The website from which I got this idea says that virus's, including herpes, do not survive well in an "oxygenated" environment, which the hydrogen peroxide provides.
The first time I tried this treatment, by the end of the first day, I knew there would be no blisters appearing, it worked incredibly fast.
The second time, however...I woke up to tiny cluster of blisters but still swabbed with the peroxide throughout the day. The second day I did not have time to be as committed to swabbing, and so got maybe two sessions in.
The third day, the blisters hadn't grown very much at all, thankfully. By day 4, the blisters were gone (I has continued swabbing as often as I could).
I've had cold sores on and off since junior high school, and I'm 46 now. I'm so, so thankful to find something that works.
I just checked my credit score this past week and am extremely happy with the score! But before you think I'm on top of my game, the last time I checked it was about three years ago. I was curious to see what my score was and learned that I had NONE, the probably reason being that I had no debt.
So I applied for a credit card and made sure to pay them all off (I probably paid too often. I would get an error on the bank website saying, "You must wait at least three days before paying your card off from the last time you paid.").
I'm going to be good and check on the score at least once a year now. I'm just glad to know I have one!
We're trying to save and pay down our debts to be in a position to help our kids get through college. Debt adds so much stress, it would be nice to be free of that!
I think I save so it isn't stressful if something happens (immediately need new appliances, car, many doctor bills, etc) rather than for something. I always worry that if we suddenly have an emergency and then need to pay for it on credit, it may end up snowballing with additional fees, interest, etc. and paying all that unnecessary money is stressful to me. Although, it can be motivating to save for a new car - we are only going to pay cash, so in order to get there I really start to think twice about whether I need a yummy coffee or another cute shirt.
I think what motivates me to save is wanting things. I want to buy a home and send our son to a private school. So were saving for these things. Growing up I didn't have much money, so I learned to work hard and save.

We lost half our income and have a baby on the way. It would be crazy for us not to save every chance we have.
I save money so I can spend money. Sounds kind of stupid, but saving money on most things allows me to purchase what I really want.

I'm saving for my dream house and a family. Nothing too big...and maybe even a fixer-upper...but definitely something to call home.
