These chickens are loaded with sodium. They are usually not a healthy option. Put a chicken and and onion in the slow cooker in the morning, it will be cooked by dinner...easy peasy! Much healthier!

Reading this article definitely made me hungry. Not to mention, I am already hungry. This article was very eye catching especially by the name. Every time I am having a difficult time on what to cook for dinner I always run for rotisserie chicken. It’s so good. Now that I have read other things to do with the chicken, I can definitely add more variety to my meals. Yumm. I cannot wait.
