An Open Invitation to PineCone Research

ShareThis

PineCone Research is one of the oldest and most respected online survey companies on the web. They pay very promptly for each survey you complete. I usually get my check within days of completing the survey, and sometimes there are great product samples shipped to my door. The problem is that it is hard to find a link to join them, and it really took me two years to find a link to join. Today I received the following email from PineCone research inviting qualified households to join. So if you are interested in getting a little bit of cash on the side by completing surveys from very respectable brands, please read the following email carefully. As this email says, I am not getting paid for this referral, but I would like Wise Bread readers to have the chance to try out this great company's offers and take part in creating new products!

Dear XIN:

PineCone Research is ready to grow and we need your help!

Dear XIN:

PineCone Research is ready to grow and we need your help!

If you have ever told a friend about doing surveys for PineCone Research, it is likely that they have asked, "How can I join?"

Well, now you can tell them how to become part of this elite group of households. We are offering select members the opportunity to recommend membership to a friend or relative who is NOT a member of their household. Currently we have openings for males who are 18 years of age or older as well as households with teens 13 to 17.

Do you know of households that meet this description that would like to join the PineCone Research Panel? If so, please FORWARD A COPY of this email to each household you would like to refer so that they may click on the registration link shown below. That household should complete the registration form themselves and submit it. REMEMBER THAT ONLY ONE PERSON PER HOUSEHOLD MAY REGISTER. Multiple registrations of the same Household will void all registrations.

Here is the link to the registration:

As a member in good standing, you've already seen the benefits of being part of PineCone Research. So please, share the benefits of membership with a friend. Just don't forget, please don't tell them about any of the products that you have seen in our questionnaires or tried in your home. Remember, it's important that your PineCone Research survey and product testing experiences remain confidential.

If your referral has any questions, they can email us at scott@pineconeresearch.com or click on the attached links to learn more about PineCone Research.

Karen Scott

Click the link and it tells you: $3 flat fee per survey, plus chance to be entered into bi-weekly sweepstake and other free samples.

i get 5$ flat fee per survey, not including the household surveys which they don't pay you for (maybe a 3:2 ratio household to paid), but which increase the chances of getting a paid survey

a website out there, run by someone named Annika (just google her name and pinecone research) and she regularly follows the Pinecone banner ads so you can find them and sign up to join.

I do the surveys too but only make about $10 a month doing them. They just kind of show up in your email box..I've done surveys from dog food to diarrhea medication to kids' snack foods. They always follow up with a link asking permission to send you a new product to try out..if that is what the survey happens to b on (cause you also do surveys on products that haven't come out yet and have to swear on your mother's grave you won't reveal what you've seen to anyone). I've never actually gotten a product to try out for real though. Would be interested to hear if anyone else has?

I've gotten multiple products to try, but it seems to be only on the products I said I am interested in.

I can't recall exactly, but I think the ones I got were for a product type I use, and for a specific product I'm somewhat indifferent to. Such as if I said I do eat snack crackers regularly, and they were asking what I thought about the advertising for a new product, maybe a honey-sesame crisp by a well-known snack cracker manufacturer, and I wasn't sure if I would buy it or not but it did sound like it'd be interesting...

For the record, I haven't heard of a honey-sesame crisp, although I bet it'd be delicious. :)

I was with Pinecone for years. And I am signing up again. It is fun and I have recieved tons of products to try. I think what they look for are good ideas and expressiveness. If you say you do or don't like a product and don't articulate specifically why or why not, they won't send you anything. I often trashed the product concepts and would still get the product to try.
