I do not play sports of any kind. I don't even jump to conclusions any more. I walk (sometimes) and I square dance. That's it.

I used to play team sports in high school (volleyball), but now I tend to just run by myself. It's easier to schedule time that way.

It's not really a sport, but I do Crossfit as my workout. It's more group fitness, but I definitely feels the same camaraderie as I did when I played sports in high school.

I play tennis and basketball, and I play these sports casually with my friends. Playing sports is an awesome way for me to stay in shape, in contact with my friends, and most importantly promoting my children to be active like me.

Hello! I do play sports. I play basketball, football and soccer still today. Back in High School and College I played the previous mentioned sports plus hockey, baseball and tennis. Today I play pick up games of basketball pretty regularly and random beach football game with friends from time to time. I play for an adult soccer league which has games on every Monday night for 10 weeks at a time. Usually there is a 3 week break between 'seasons' and then we go at it again.

I have learned a great deal from sports especially for playing organized sports since I was 5. I learned responsibility from having to be certain places at certain times for games and practices. Also, responsibility for defensive assignments and learning what can happen if I don't do my job,i.e. let my team down. Learning teamwork and how to work together together toward a common goal. I learned how to play fair, sportsmanship and respect for authority, i.e. the ref and coach. Also, I learned a great deal about statistics especially trying to figure out your batting average! I would say I learned a lot form sports thank you!

I don't currently play any sports, but I did join a "runner's league" that also participates in races, if you'd consider that a 'sport'.

I play tennis from time to time, just for fun and a way to change up the exercise routine. I've learned it's important to enjoy the things you do, even (or especially) when it comes to exercise!

No, I don't currently play sports. I am, in fact, quite lazy as an adult. I did play soccer and softball in my youth. Now, when I'm not working and have the time to exercise, I walk my dogs which can be a lot of exercise in itself.

I played soccer, basketball, football, tennis, and baseball when I was younger. I now play casually with friends and pickup games. The biggest lesson I learned throughout the years is to take care of your body with proper stretching and core strengthening. It's not the most exciting thing to do but it's worth maintainng good flexibility and core strenth as it will help promote body resiliency during play and longevity as we age.

I casually play disc golf, primarily with my boyfriend and sometimes with other friends. Sports have been a part of my life for many years, and in that time I've learned to have a short term memory. Evaluate your mistakes enough to learn from them, and confidently move on to the next task!

I run and participate in races, but I'm not sure if that counts. I've seen a lot of great human spirit in races!

I don't play sports currently. I played sports in little league, high school then college! I loved playing soccer all those years. I learned that it doesn't matter if you're good or not, it only matters if you commit, grow and make sure you have a good spirit!

It depends on what you term a "sport". I love to kayak and do it when I can, but it is a seasonal thing (especially in Northern Michigan!) but otherwise, I don't care for playing sports... I'm a little too competitive. But I'm not really fond of playing, but I do enjoy watching.

Totally have learned a lot from playing womens roller derby these past 8 years. I learned sports are more than the athleticism and competition but the camaraderie. I also learned that if you play a grueling sport, you need to me tal and physically prepare for the game and its consequences on your body and life!
