Yes, I use online banking. It is so convenient and takes very little time to do. Now, I just need to convince my husband to use online banking. He's so "old school", haha.
Yes (... and a very resounding yes). Online banking is so convenient. It really helps to automate my finances and keeps me from missing payments. Also, it saves me money by avoiding trips to the post office and the postage.
So much yum here (and I'd recommend the Bourbon Pumpkin for ladies as well, but hey -- I'm a bourbon gal). There are also a few standard cocktails that could easily be renamed for Halloween as well, like calling tequila sunrises "bloody sunrises," or dirty martinis "spit martinis" (okay, it's not horrific, but it's gross).
Honestly no. I set a budget electronically on mint.com and its app. However, the purchases do not always fall under the correct item. For example, gas might be listed under food or entertainment. So with this I just try be reasonable in my spending.
When banks compete, thats when you win. I just signed up with a card and will get 2 free airline tickets in 3 months. My wife also signed up so she will also get 2 free airline tickets. We haven't paid to travel for over 2 years now and that is because we get the airline award cards.
Why do people create 'myths' about credit card rewards programs? I always sign up and YES when the next one comes around, I'll be there to.
Bank of America's policy seems to vary by the day. I work at a restaurant and end up with a lot of loose change, and to ensure deposit accuracy, I count out and roll all of it. The first time I attempted depositing coins at BofA, I had $200 (20 rolls) of quarters. Before I even got in line, the woman at the door informed me that I needed to purchase a coin bag for $5 if I wanted to deposit more than 5 rolls. I declined, deposited 5 rolls with no charge, plus the rest of my folding cash, and left. The next day, I went back to the bank with 5 more rolls and questioned the teller, who told me that as long as they were rolled, I could deposit up to $100. For several weeks after that, I deposited rolled coins in amounts up to $100 with no fee and no problem. Today, I took 7 rolls of quarters to Bank of America to deposit, and the teller told me that I couldn't deposit any of it without buying that stupid coin bag. It seems kind of retarded that after meticulous effort in sorting, counting, and rolling my change, they would charge me $5 to unroll, recount, and re-roll it. If it was a large amount, I could understand the need to verify accuracy, but seriously? You need to send 7 rolls to a counting center, charge me $5, and still take up to three weeks to make my deposit available? I'll be switching banks very soon.
I LOVE online banking! I started years ago because I could set up my bills to be paid while I was on vacation. At that time, the credit union I banked at supplied free online bill pay. I later switched to Quicken Online for $9.95 a month because the credit union was taking out my money and holding it for several days before paying the bill. When I started banking at a new bank, I used their online bill pay until I noticed how many days they, also, would hold my money before paying the bill (even to their own institution!) Now, even though it is a little more trouble, I simply go to each creditor's website and pay directly. I have the time to do my bills this way and I still get the convenience of knowing EXACTLY when it will be paid and come out of my account.
One Halloween I offered them to pick from a tray with bags of chips, boxes of raisins, and Snicker bars. The chips won as favorite pick - especially Sun Chips. Surprising to me and opposite of this article, raisins came in second and even beat out chips with the pre-school tots (and they picked - not parents!) Just even giving the option and seeing how it went was fun for me. I wish the author of this article would try it some year.
I pretty much do all of my banking online. I don't even see the need to go into the bank anymore and I have all my transactions in one place to track/organize.
It's amazing how the answer to this question is now "Duh!" when not too long ago this was a "new feature."
So yes, of course I do!

sure do :) I don't have time to run out and pay bills the traditional way - and sometimes don't even make it to the post office!

Selling lemonade or baked goods requires a permit in some places, even for kids.
apparently, my postal code isn't an actual postal code and so I can't see any free movies :c
I use online banking just about everyday. I check my account balances and balance my checkbook app on my iPhone using online banking too.

Absolutely! I have several bank accounts and log in to all of them at least once a week to keep an eye on everything.
Of course I do, I only keep a local credit union account for convenient check cashing and deposit.

I do and I love it. If only my bank had that nifty Iphone app where I can take a picture of my check to deposit it.
