My favorite way to unwind is a little private reading time before sleeping; usually I look for an "old friend" book rather than something new, reading a familiar story is the most relaxing thing.
Do wishes come true if so I wish that I can get enough money to pay for my house in Chicago and for to pay for my first books that I wrote so I can show my kids and grand kids to never give up their dreams
I make myself a drink or pour a glass of wine and sit on the front porch in a weathered adirondack chair and watch the sun do down. Or in baseball season, I watch the SF Giants on TV.
I would say forgiveness, because I saw lot of things happening as a child and as a adult I held grudges toward people who treated my mother abominably.
I think people who have pets, should be willing to take on the costs that come with having a dog or cat. If your out to save money with tax exempts or stuff like that then maybe a pet is really something you should not be getting. A pet is about having companionship not about saving money.
I do believe second marriages should be celebrated, but I do not think it is fair to expect family and friends to do the whole gift thing a second tme. It is just plain wrong.
My mother taught me that people will always be worth more than things. That I can't buy myself into feeling happy, but can only feel fulfilled through the people surrounding me.
This was a very useful article. If you are reading this then another factor to consider is the quality of life you will have with each of these degrees? Usually higher salaries come from more responsibility and more hours. Let's take the Masters in Accounting for example. I used to work for a big 4 accounting firm (which will be more likely to hire you with the Master's degree) and the hours those guys worked were atrocious. Say good bye to personal life, family time, etc... but they had a steady salary. Maybe money isn't everything.. Just Say'in..
Disappointed with Capital One bank. My credit took a beating a couple years ago and now i'm in a process of rebuilding it. I do have an account in collection and know that my score is less than desirable right now. That's why i turned to a secured card. I went to my bank, Capital One, where i've had an account for many years. I sat down with a branch representative and told her that my score is low right now. She should have advised me not to apply if the bank has credit score standards for secured cards. I was declined for their secured card. This beats a point of having a secured card where i'm prepaying in advance while repairing my credit. I was very disappointed by their action and it just lowered my credit score even more.
Can anyone recommend a secured card that will take me with a low credit score so i can rebuild my credit?
Thank you.
I love a good bubble bath in the evening to unwind!
I love to just sit down with the family and watch a movie !! A massage is definitely an added bonus! We all need to relax sometimes!!!

To unwind, I usually like to take an evening walk through the neighborhood. It's healthy, cheap and a great way to also connect with my neighbors.
I relax by taking a hot bath
I relax reading or have dinner and a great talk with my love after this walking home the silent night
I talk to my boyfriend and drink some tart cherry juice
I relax by watching some TV.

I relax after work with a nice iced coffee and my ipad. I need about an hour to unwind, then start dinner.
When I'm exhausted after a long day, I like to do mindless handwork, either sewing or easy knitting.
never get into credit card debt!
The best lesson I learned from my mom was to work hard.

Yeah, that's a bummer. It would be nice if it wasn't true, but unfortunately, some passions simply aren't profitable enough to earn a living.

Treat others the way you want to be treated

Works for kids :) Especially if there was a toppings bar. LOL
I'm of the belief that one big ice cream sundae party with all the leaders present could be the solution to world peace!
