my partner has applied for a mortgage in the south of ireland. I have not been mentioned in the application due to previous poor credit. When we met with the solictor for him to sign the mortgage agreement and apply for the small mortgage needed (as we have a substantial deposit) we were advised I needed to fill out declaration to state I would not pursue any money before bank in the even he defaulted on the mortgage. Our concern is the mortgage applaicaiton was already soley in his name and I have not been mentioned through it due to it all being in his name. Could the bank then withdraw the mortage application based on me moving in??
Got to be really careful of off gassing plastic. I have totally converted to the glass storage containers that I have gotten at TJ Max and Marshals.
That said, I have also gotten many great things at my dollar stores. It helps to look closely, even sniff, read packages etc. Most kitchen stuff is just that, stuff. However the little plastic handled paring knife I got 25 years ago at a dollar store is still sharp as ever. And I got the greatest handled scrubber I have ever had. As soon as I used it I went back to get more of them, but wouldn't you know, they were no more and have never again appeared anywhere, in any of the stores from dollar stores to Sur Le Table to online sites. Oh well, at least I have one. They were probably imported from some remote hinterland and as they didn't have great eye appeal were a one time deal.
And finally, even some food is OK. I love redskin peanuts and the very best ones I have found are in the little cans at a dollar store. And I always check out the fresh produce for the occasional organic item. Shopping at dollar stores is a treasure hunt with occasional duds and lots of great discoveries.
You forgot an important one: abuse. I've tolerated an abusive work environment for 2 years now that has has been so bad at times I've contemplated suicide. I work for a government contractor, client is a bunch of incompetent tools living high off tax dollars and abusing contractors because they can. My company does nothing about it because they need the money.
Decided I'm moving on finally. I have 2 years worth of documented violations, abuse and law breaking, I'm going to find another job. I toy with the idea of turning it all over to a lawyer friend once I'm out of there. I would hate to see innocent people unemployed though.
"Gross Out." I love it! I've never heard it referred to by that name. I may adopt it. You're right about it being a hobby. My Gross Out is across the street from my gym, so it's waaaaayyy too easy to pop in after a workout. You got a great deal on your chicken and turkey. My personal favorite is the 32 oz. Chobani greek yogurt that cycles in every few weeks for $1.99 for 32 oz. You can't beat that! Thanks for commenting!
I thought I had found the dream car for my son on Craigslist, and received this email tonight. I'm thinking scam, first, because it isn't even in my city. Secondly, I'd have to send money to eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection, and I didn't even get the car information through ebay. Here's the email in full:
Hi,
The car is located in Mobile, AL at DAS ( Dependable Auto Shippers ) headquarters, in the container, sealed and ready for shipping. I would like to use eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection,so we can both be protected and insured. You will have 10 days so you can inspect the car. Once you have inspected the car and decided to keep it, you will confirm your decision to eBay and only then they will re-route the money in to my account, but if by any reason, you won't be satisfied with the car you can return it back for a full refund of your money. I will take care of the shipping, don't worry. You will receive the car with all the necessary papers (clear title, bill of sale, user’s manual, insurance etc). Just get back with your full name and full shipping address and I will get everything started as soon as possible, then eBay will contact you with more further instructions.
I love aldi. Their house brands have yet to disappoint, but the produce seems to be hit or miss. The one closest to me is almost an hour away so I rarely go, and when I do, it's to spend a few hundred dollars stocking up on basics. We have discovered that many of their generic items are the exact same as Market Basket's generic items, just with slightly different packaging and a cheaper price tag.
I combine things like swagbuck rewards, ebates and credit card rewards along with sale prices or online coupon codes to get the most bang for my buck. I find the latest online coupon codes at retailmenot. Yard sales and thrift shops are great places to scope out year round for clothes, toys and household goods that are brand new, with tags, for a fraction of their original price. And especially when kids are younger, gently used toys are the way to go to save money.
I shop sales and use coupons and don't go overboard. I really buy items that are requested or needed. I still do an old fashion Christmas Club at the local bank so I have the money I need for the holidays.
I just had this very experience. Horrible taste at the back of my mouth after eating.
We had a lovely Thanksgiving salad with an abundance of : PINE NUTS.
Thank you Google and thank you for posting this. I agree, over searching health problems can be very misleading, but it gives you a head start on pinpointing what ails you. Next search: Iliotibial Band exercises for my aching knee/ hip ha ha
My friends are doing a "white elephant" gift exchange this year, and capping the gift amount at $20. That way, we only need to buy one inexpensive gift!
I have an "gift" dresser that I keep all the gifts for people with a list of everything, and I buy gifts throughout the year for Christmas, Birthdays, and graduations. Sometimes, I even buy ahead for Baby showers, weddings and extra kid gifts for the needy at Christmastime.
I turn to a combination of money-saving techniques. I try to collect a list of what people might like all year and keep an eye out for deep sales on these items. I use rewards dollars for things like movie tickets and gift cards, and coupons and rebate cash for any deocrations that need to be purchased (such as lights). We have two little children and celebrate multiple holidays (Christmas, Hanukkah and also St. Nicholas day), so some of our presents come from the dollar tree or thrift store. And our extended family holidays have all become either dollar or number of present limited, or have changed to an exchange. It has helped me a lot to personalize presents - photo gifts from shutterfly, childhood books autographed, etc. And neighbors always get handmade treats. It is still expensive to me, but this year I kept a list of items with a 'total paid' and 'total worth' retail price tally, and it makes a big difference. These techniques let us enjoy opening and giving presents without feeling like we are broke, or like we can't 'measure up'.
I have a rewards credit card on which I earn points/money to spend at Amazon. By the end of the year I have quite a bit to use for gifts. I also always search for the best deal at any store by using retailmenot.com and ebates.com

Shopping around to find the lowest price, free shipping and sometimes homemade gifts or experience like babysitting or cooking for them.
I shop on Black Friday and try to put limits on myself with gift amounts!

I have some family members where we don't exchange anything

Cute, I heard they had shoppes to bring your pets.
I have an "gift" dresser that I keep all the gifts for people with a list of everything, and I buy gifts throughout the year for Christmas, Birthdays, and graduations. Sometimes, I even buy ahead for Baby showers, weddings and extra kid gifts for the needy at Christmastime.
I save money by shopping deals online. I shop year round and save gifts in the closet so I don't have to stress during December.
I look for the best deal I can find for a gift that someone wants specifically, use a cash back credit card or a gift card, and use ebates
I watch for the deals and when it is at a price I like then I buy. Black Friday deals are some of the best. I also will do price match too.

Call center jobs where you try to help people all day and never get appreciated.
All your favorite apps and some brand new titles are on Windows Phone.
Like others mentioned, I use Swagbucks and other rewards sites to save up during the year. I also take advantage of rewards credit cards.
I shop holiday sales and also shop year round. After the holidays, you can get some great deals and save the gifts for the following year.
